REPORTS may be required under the following circumstances;
- For an Insurance Claim
- To Investigate a recurring Plumbing or Drainage problem.
- To determine condition of Plumbing and/or Drainage Systems.
In the initial steps of the preparation of a Report an Interview with the Property owner as well as Tenants if required/or applicable will be conducted in order to establish the history of any known issues.
Additionally this may assist in highlighting if there may be any other issues involved.
After the initial interiew process a Visual Inspection of the property will be carried out. Additional data will be collected on site to enable the required information to be included in the report.
Usually after this intial process it may be evident that additional work may be required in order to fully report on issues at hand.
Additional work could include;

Internal Video Camera Inspection of Drainage Systems

Hydrostatic Tests.

Location and Isolation of components within
a system to carry
out further testing of the same.

Other Specialized tests as required.
