After our main water pipe burst we turned off the mains supply and started going through the yellow pages to find a plumber. We only called those who's ads advertised "7 days-24 hours" however after speaking with 15-20 plumbers no one was willing to help. One plumber said yes but was going to charge us $600 just to come to our house! My wife is 8 months pregnant and by this stage was getting a little upset and agitated at the tradesmans unwillingness to help us in our emergency situation. We decided to call a couple more plumbers, before conceding that we would have no shower until the following day when a plumber was able to come out and that was when we called you. Your initial consultant on the "1300" number advised that a technician could come out in 45 mins. The technician who would come out called us back in approx. 2 mins to advise of an approximate costs & he was at our house less than 1 hour later. Luis was most helpful & efficient and had no trouble with our request of diverting the supply pipe slightly to prevent further bumping of the old pipe. His professionalism was exceptional and appeared to get the job done in minimal time. We definitely will be recommending your company to friends/family & would call you again in an instant. Thank you"
