Our Technicians are able to provide a thorough Inspection of the Plumbing and Drainage services to a property prior to purchase. The report is in Written format as well as a copy on CD or DVD depending on your preferences.

The report will include a detailed written account of the Inspection with photographs showing any areas of concern.

The Report will also include Quotations for repairs if any issues require attention.

Some people ask why would they require such a service if they are already getting a Building & Pest Inspection?.
